I remember taking ZMA about ten years or so after I saw Victor Conte posing with Barry Bonds and some other guy in some magazine article. The article was about the BALCO brand ZMA that he was pushing. I used it as directed and never saw (or felt) the results that Barry got from the stuff. I know that people get fooled into thinking that the magazine models get their results from the supplement that they are paid to represent, but I'm embarrassed to say that I spent tons of money thinking that those supplements would give me similar physical and health results like the dudes in the muscle mags. All that money could have gone to other stuff (e.g.- test enth, mast p, anavar, whinny, etc.). Thank goodness for that movie Bigger, Stronger, Faster because it exposed the marketing and quality of supplements in one of the segments. Better late than never.
