Supps for my 15 yo son..

So my boy started lifting a little in school last year then started hitting the gym with me shortly after. He’s been in the gym consistent for the past couple months and has fallen in love with it just like his pops! Fuck yeah. His diet is getting better every day and he’s killing it in the gym.

My question is, besides basic vitamins is there anything safe out there he can take to get help him grow and recover? I figured he’s too young for tren sooo.. lol.

Really though, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

      thanks brothers!

Creatine in reasonable quantity sounds like a good start

Sounds like your boy will be a consistent lifter and with your guidance he can do quite well especially if he has good genetics. He can also decide if he wants to go powerlifting or getting ready to get on a stage for a bodybuilding show.

If you got some space why not get a basic home gym setup for him if not already?

Nothing better than having your boy by your side lifting. Sounds like you have him off to a good start.

my son ordered sarms crashed his test, estro, everything. Made me so mad. I had to help him though. I was like at 18 just eat and lift. Now he is sort of listening but interested in more. He is turning 19 in a few months and he worries me.

At that age you might soon need to have that discussion about PEDs and Sarms with him. He should stay away from those until he is more mature and has some training experience under his belt. Hopefully he's learned his lesson about the sarms and does he read reddit or follow some trash forums???

He follows more plates more dates. He didn’t understand that even with Sarms you need a test base.
He definitely needs to stay away from everything. I told him to get on BOP or Profes muscle. And learn to lift before he learns gear. Learn what it means to take two months to get your bench up by 5-10 lbs. When you know how to grind then we can talk.

He has trained for almost four years. Definitely more into it in the last two.

      He benches 255
      Deadlifts 425
      Squats 375

He is only 170 lbs and 11 percent bf so he is doing pretty well for his age and weight.

Sometimes I wish it wasn’t so easy to get. Only sometimes!

This is what I was thinking, he’s on a low dose of creatine and I was thinking just a basic post workout bcaa/eaa..

Hes 15 years old and 6.2.. tall and thin but putting size on pretty quick. power lifting is hard on us tall guys but bodybuilding could be something in his future. I wish i had started at his age, he will be a monster if he keeps it up.

That would be amazing if he puts on a lot of size in 3 years or so and then he should be able to place respectably in his first show. While there are shows for young people his age best bet is for him to continue training and diet a good while longer. If he has also learned discipline then it would be easier for him to prep for his first show when he is ready.

      .
      Nice lifts at his age.

Yeah he needs to stay away from that crap.Young people getting into the gym scene should learn from reputable people instead of bullshit people like MPMD. Getting him onto a forum like BOP or ProMuscle is a good start where he can learn from real people.
