I only take:
fish oil
BCCA's
B52 DS
heart burn pill
digestive enzymes
HCG
vitamin C
vitamin B complex (when I'm dragging ass from whatever)
anything else I take on a regular is iillegal so not on this list.
and as for the "pro hormones and all the types of protien powders and gainers and ect.......... ALL STRIEGHT BULL SHIT!!
I don't know pro that drinks more then 2-4 powder protien shakes a month.....becuse they have to not cause they want to. Everyone drinks raw eggs. Nothing else for protien.
After taking in all the AAS and what not, the last thing you want to do is beat your stomch, liver and kidneys up with more man made garbage.

maybe a shake here an there, but fish oil, bcaa, saw palmetto, CoQ10, ummm liver care, multivitamin, ....thats really it, oh and my intra drink which is dextrose, bcaa, mio, creatine, ......and I am 100% with shortnwide...hell I know a pro that doesnt even do anything in podwer form...in fact the only supps he takes is vitc c and BC powder!!! no shit

Yes food is always the most importat. i dont run everything i put all the time. i run certain things depending on my diet and AAS at the time. i just listed everything i use in general. I usually am only on a few supps plus fish oil and a multi at a time.
