I think everything is a waste fing money I take is whey protein joint support anything with caffeine for pre workout f*** everything else you could do all that with food and of course roids most guys I know who do comps will say the same but I guess if you can aford all th supplements then go for it that's just what I think but go ahaed and DO WHAT THE FUCK YOU WANNA DO!!!!!

Creatine is a supplement every bodybuilder/weightlifter. should be on. Everyone, whether youre on gear or not. That is unless it makes you shit yourself :-) which it does for some people. Vitamin C and Calcium are the only others I take. Literature supports benefits of supplementing with BCAA, but they make my poop hard.

BCAAs Glutamine Fish Oil Creatine L Carnitine.I have a friend that is a distributor for supplements and says that BCAAs are without a doubt the most effective but a lot of companies don't push them because there's no money in it. So they come up with these crazy drinks add a lot of hype spend a bunch to market them and make alot of money off of people that believe everything they read lol But you are probably best off buying some basic stuff thats not made into a fruity ass shit with some big fucker on the label
