What supplements do you use?
Aside from aas hgh ect, what supplements do you think are actually worth the money. It seems like a lot of the stuff supplement companies sell is probably only effective because of the placebo effect? What do you guys use?

I'm a firm believer in ANAVITE multis
I use Arginemax daily too. At 45 years old I don't have to use Viagra yet to get it up!
i've dialed in my ore-workout to mainly because of my high blood pressure I found Yoked and Jacked micro combo gets me pumped and gives me enough kick to get me through but doesn't keep me up at night. I work 12 hour shifts so day shifts I'm working out at 6:30-7-30 then bed by 10.

Liv52, HCG, multi vit, krill, aromasin, bcaa, protein powder. I don't go all crazy with supps. I eat pretty strict and often so I don't feel the need to spend the money on supps. I take aromasin, HCG and liv52 because I'm on trt. Pwo before the gym and shots of tne or tne/dbol on big lift days.
