I see a urologist who who tests me every so often looking for what would be my natural test levels. I supplement the script he gives me and have played with what I take in. I am 48 yrs and weigh 245 lbs. For trt I maintain 250 mg test C or E ew (split mon/ thurs), 500mg hcg and .3 anastrozole eod. This keeps my T levels in the 800s with no sides. About 4 weeks ago I tested at 690. I had quit taking any gear just one week prior. After that test I started the shorter ester Test P 75 mg eod so I could maintain a good level as close to the Docs test date as possible. 10 days prior to the docs test I stopped the using the Test and hcg but maintained the AI. I came in at 176 which is at my natural level. It took just a couple days for me to feel the T crash, I became sluggish, lazy and always in a bad mood (so the wife said, she though I was taking too much).

It seems like a lot of us are in the same boat where we have to see the doc who is reluctant to offer a full trt course. After the first of the year I will go looking for an Endocrinologist but I will have to travel. Next time I have to do this test I will follow the same but will quit the test C just 7 days prior and see where that lands me. I have landed in the 300s before which did not bug him. Switching to the short ester saves me a couple weeks of the low test symptoms.

It is my understanding that if you are taking full panels you must stop all use 5 to 6 weeks prior to normalize. However I have not had to do this yet and am not speaking from experience.
