Good post. Does anyone know what is an acceptable range for bp while on gear. Checked mine yesterday. Was 160 over 100. I know that's a bit high.

I thought they changed that to 130/90?
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

They have changed it. But don't expect these hardheaded arrogant doctors to be up to speed on the medical journals any time soon.

Cialis and fish oil help keep my BP stabilized. Sex helps too.

Any signs of high blood pressure is bad news, the silent killer.

High blood pressure is a symptom of something else that is going on with the body. Kidney stress is the number one cause of high blood pressure. Water retention is the link between kidney stress and high blood pressure.
I've studied other reports that concluded that there was no solid scientific evidence that high blood pressure was hereditary. Now I am not a doctor and the only advice I will give someone is to control their own bp with diet and meds, because I know that it works.
But I do not "parrot" any of the inconclusive shit spouted by medical "practitioners"! After all, they themselves admit that it's just a practice, which means in plain English, it's not an exact science.
