I set up a monitoring schedule. Check BP a couple times per week.
Take fish oil daily (it helps)
Cardio helps.
Decrease sodium intake. (usually doesn't do much for me.)
Monitor RBC and donate whenever possible. Double red cell donations are preferred.
If all else fails I will go to cruise, then cycle back on when I feel recuperated.

I had perfect BP readings before starting TRT. I stopped about 5 weeks ago form the sides, got measured last sunday and was at 143/79. I've never had high BP before and was *perfect* before starting TRT in July. Ran a TRT protocol until mid Jan.
How long after stopping TRT should it take for the high BP come down? I did start 2-4 IU dose on HGH in Early Jan.

How do you know that you have high blood pressure? What's the universal standard for "normal" BP?

Following these guidelines from the American Heart Association.
Going from 112/68 to 143/79 is a considerable jump

That's all I'm saying brother

Anything over 120/80 is less healthy then you could be. The pressure is hard on the smaller veins like in the kkidneys. The longer the pressure stays high the greater the chance of damage.
