R. Same, Walgreen's 10ml vial of Watson Test Cyp. Used a GoodRx coupon only paid about $40 or something. I think it may be the locations of the warehouse suppliers. I'm thinking maybe Walgreen's in Florida may use a different supplier than the state you/OP lives in.

Type GoodRx Watson 200mg/ml into Google search for prices or go to: Testosterone Cypionate Prices and Testosterone Cypionate Coupons - GoodRx
Then click the drop down link for 10ml of 200mg/ml - 1 vial and you get the prices of pharmacies offering discounts. Walgreen's is cheapest at: $41.44.
Since Activis (Teva) purchased Watson, the Watson TestCyp200 in the 10ml bottle has slowly become hard to find.
Westward Cyp200 in 10ml bottle is still abundant and there’s always the Pfizer$

My Dr writes them for 6 months, as the script is only good for 6 months. Still, at least for my insurance, I can only get 1 months supply filled at a pharmacy, if i want a 90 day supply i need to go through mail order.
Update. FWIW, I found its totally an insurance issue. Went to the pharmacy and told them I wanted to pay out of pocket. 10ml was no issue. Thanks Sumguy for the GoodRx suggestion. Was $47 for a 10ml vial. Actually cheaper than insurance ($10 copay every month for 2 x 1ml vials).
While I believe it is mostly an insurance issue, I have a local pharmacy that only stocks the 1ml bottles now. The gal at the counter said they had a safety/policy change for injectibles requiring complete usage within 30-days of initial piercing. I've been on TRT almost two years, most at 160mg a week, and since changing to my current Dr. 300mg a week. Even at that dosage, I wouldn't clear a 10ml bottle in a month. Long story short--I don't use the one pharmacy at all anymore, but have remained curious when I hear about the 1ml only issues come up if it isn't something to expect to see more of.
I have great insurance at least, so the cost is pretty cheap even for the 1ml bottles, which are fine for travel, but PIA otherwise. Watson 10ml bottle runs me $20 co-pay every 6-weeks, but Pfizer its like $110.
Myndoc wrote dispense 1 10 ml bottle on my script CVS wouldn't do it but Walgreens did. Insurance only covers the 1 ml.
