A Month Into Trt - question on some sides
Hi guys, I’m doing 50mg of cyp twice a week, subq and feeling a little off in 2 ways:
Legs feel like they are experiencing anxiety and a little weakened feeling to them too but my weightlifting proves otherwise.
Overall, I’m feeling like when I quit smoking, that nicotine craving, withdrawal symptons of something.
I can deal with it, live with it but just wondering if this is typical or maybe someone else has had these exact symptoms before and a sign of something to be looked into. My bloodwork isn’t for another 2 months. My doctor did not prescribe an AI nor HCG. I’m done having children by the way, in my 50’s.

Yes I did but just my GP. I don't see my urologist who does the TRT for another 2 months. GP has no idea and gave me labs for a leg ultrasound, going on Monday.

My endo had no idea about HCG either or AIs. It’s hard to find a doctor who has a good protocol. I’ve been on TRT two weeks no symptoms yet like that will update if I do.

I've never had those symptoms. Mine doesn't prescribe Hcg or arimidex either. It took me years and 6 Dr. To get on trt. Not easy for me to get another Dr. as has been suggested many times. I've tried.

Just returned from my ultrasound of legs/groin areas. I passed with flying colours. Hopefully this feeling will pass in time.

Possible to follow up on your bloods sooner?
At your TRT doses of 50 mg cyp twice a week I don't believe they would recommend either of those. It could possibly be a placebo effect as well of symptoms.
Anyhow if you can follow up on a CBC, that would certainly give a relative idea perhaps. Will your insurance cover it? (IE: Are you Canadian ) It is definitely hard to engage in this without some testing involved for sure.
