I guess u are going to self administer...
good starting point is kinda hard to say, not sure what your weight is up to but your E2 (estrogen) is surely above range....that being said, I would start off with 150 to 175/wk....most will say 200/wk but when I run 200/wk my E2 is barely out of range and I like in the 20's....Ive dialed it back to 175/wk Prop daily pins and haven't done bloods at this dose but feel great, horny as fuuuuuuck (libido is almost a pain n the ass) and feel its deff more around my likes. Sooo...start low and see...then go up as needed. U may need to monitor/deal with your E2 at any dose (with an AI)....my goal is to get my dose where I don't need an AI.
Use privatemd labs, start low, get bloods and go from there. Everyone reacts and handles doff compounds, etc so different...your best teacher will be you. Keep a log of doses, how u feel, etc.
IMO Prop/daily pins with 25G 5/8 in alternating delts, etc, will keep your levels most stable (less chance the need for an AI also), it mimics the bodies release of natural test more than any other protocol.
Take your time, keep a log, if u do use an AI, don't make too many moves...adjust, give it plenty of time to settle down...see how u feel.

Ok I see your weight/stats...pretty young but deff low levels. Youre already ahead of the learning curve knowing that the gel is shit...injections are the way to go. Good luck man, youll feel so much better. If using cyp or E split your pins into 2 twice a week minimum.....prop would be daily or eod (daily would be best)

Delta5 thank you for your response
I am not sure my estrogen levels
also excuse me but what is AI? Lol
I know my insurance will cover injections for around 60 a month
I have not discussed with my doctor yet about how mich she would want me on for injection
but yeah I heard gel doesn’t work well and possibly causes cancer or other issues.....

Also let me state I am on blood pressure meds cause my blood pressure is elevated
high bp runs in my family so....... plus I feel I’m over weight and I use to smoke so that’s not helping any of this
but my concern is taking testosterone going to counter act the bp meds and out me at a higher risk for a stroke/heart attack
or will it react with the meds badly

If I were you I’d see a endo your level is low enough to get TRT. I am my numbers for TT we’re 36 and 49 and I’m 29. If you want to self administer my protocol is test cypionate 200mg a week I split it 100mg every three days and take .25 armidex every three days and 250ius of HGC a week. You can always start low like 100mg see how you feel that’s what I did. My best advice see a doctor. I have been here for few months and still learning things and makes me wish I knew this earlier.

Welcome to BoP! Your friend did you a favor sending you here. Let me play devils advocate.
Before you go down the trt road you should get another blood test. Get it done while fasted and before 9am. No alcohol the night before. Get total and free testosterone and LH/FSH levels checked.
Have you tried PCT to boost natural testosterone levels? Maybe clomid/nolva with ZMA for a few weeks would help. What is your body fat percentage?

Yep, I'd second this. Get another test and post it up here. Make sure to black out any personal information. We'll take a look and let you know what we think. Test levels can be affected by bad sleep, higher body fat, taking opioids, pot and other things like that. I'm all for cycling but wait until you absolutely have to before going on trt. You might be there already. Any choice you make is cool. You're welcome here anyway you want to do it. Welcome brother.

I would suggest seeing a TRT/HRT specialist either via online on in person before attempting any attempts at self medication. Sometimes you can do more harm than good self-medicating. I mean respectfully, if you don't know what and AI is, and there is nothing wrong with that, I would recommend seeing a TRT specialist first. And once you start to understand what there is to know about TRT and maintaining your hormonal balances, then you can start exploring with your newly learned knowledge and experiences.
Once you see a TRT specialist and they do a series of labs they can best advise were your problems lie and how to correct them. It may be that you can get by on Clomid or HCG mono-therapy to get your T levels into a more optimum range. I would suggest trying this route before going full on TRT. At age 35 unless there is something seriously wrong with you HPTA, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get your T levels into a more optimum range with Clomid or HCG mono-therapy.
Excelmale.com is a good TRT forum if you want to learn more about specific approaches to TRT. Good luck!
