Everyone is different with SHBG playing a big role but I would say 3-4 weeks and you should be totally bottomed out.

Some variables not included there....but in general a good 3 weeks should be good to go. By 2 weeks its almost all but gone.
Hard to find a competent doc, if u haven't already. Don't go for that every 2 weeks/month bullshit.
