Negative. Been a couple years now on TRT. I took one of those tests to determine if your vasectomy was successful post op based on sperm count....and the results indicated the vasectomy was successful. I've never had a vasectomy.,

That is correct.
TRT was essentially the same as a vasectomy as far as my sperm count is concerned, according to testing anyway. Never used HCG and haven't had any lapses in TRT since starting.
I have conceived at least 4 children that I know of prior to TRT. The most recent being less than 5 years ago. I'm not 40 yet.

Everyone is different. Some mens sperm count decrease and others dont get affected by it at all.
