I do not have it checked other than their inaccurate device. I can tell you on high tren, my hematocrit is high because I can tell from cardio. I give blood and my cardio improves.

When I was giving blood every 2 months I found my cardio would suffer some. It seems to take more effort at the same pace, but even more my heart rate would be a few beats a minute at the same pace I had been doing previous. Once I got my ferritin levels up that went away.

Does frequent donation effect RDW values? I’ve donated every 8 weeks for over two years. Just had a blood test the day before my dontation and results showed I have elevated RDW but everything else within the CBC is normal. Not sure elevated, but still outside the range. Per the immense medical knowledge of google, seems it could be associated with a type of anemia.
