He was given a suggestion to use aromasin, much easier to deal with....with a dose they wont crash his E2...for life lol.

He was given the suggestion to get to a "steady state" and to lower and level off his dose with enough time for his bloods...to mean, shit.

Im 51, been on self admin. TRT for several yrs, because most Drs/Endo's/Uro's don't know or don't care to know, what the fuck they are doing. My pituitary was damaged from head trauma. As stated, MANY men need TRT at different ages, for many reasons. A LOT are due to environmental toxins tho....and the age affected is slow, but sure, getting younger and younger.

His "steady state" bloods would notify him of low SHBG.

The best protocol there is, is daily pins of Prop....mimics a bodies natural production the closest, with zero E2 spikes.

Now....could there be another issue besides low T...sure, everyones diff and anythings possible...but I doubt it. Did he start off a little wrong, sure he did, but just waiting 6 weeks is easier said than done....when feeling like he does.

OP Danx...pm me if u would like to read a book on TRT by a 30 yr neurosurgeon and another guy that knows his endocrinology, blood work, etc better than Drs...hes been doing it about 20 yrs. Not boasting, these are just the 2 guys credentials. And theyre knowledge is.....very good, Ill leave it at that. Maybe read it during your 6 weeker :0
Id like to read this book

I've also read other people have used just hcg, or hcg and clomid and had good results without injecting test. My main goal with this was to just feel good because I feel like shit all the time. I feel old and I don't like it. I have hcg already on the way, so I think using it couldn't hurt. But i'm new to all this, so I have no clue really. That's why I post on here and ask questions.
Self administered TRT here. I use Test P 50mg eod. Been doing it for 3.5 years. It took 3-4 weeks before I started to notice much. After a couple months I was fully in the groove. If your going to keep this up make sure you research more. The Testosterone Optimization Therapy Bible is a good book. There's many more out there too. If you're going to continue I'd drop your dose a bit and relax. Ride it out and get bloods in a month or so. Someone here said you don't need HCG on TRT. True I don't need it but when I go without my balls tend to shrink up to the point of becoming uncomfortable. Hold out on the HCG but have it on hand in case your balls start disappearing.

Thanks, like I said before, so much conflicting information and everyone has different opinions on what is right and what is wrong. I know I should have had my e2 tested, but I fucked up and didn't. I know from the symptoms of itchy and irritated nipples that my estrogen has spiked, I took .5mg of arimidex and it's not good for me. It caused me hot flashes and flushing in my face, nervousness, couldn't sleep, trembling hands, etc. so apparently I'm sensitive to that medication and would need to use another AI if I continue and need it or I fucked up my estrogen and it's going to take weeks to resolve. But I don't think 1 dose of .5mg arimidex is enough to mess me up that bad.

I'm going to quit taking anything for a while, drop some more weight and maybe try again. The extra weight, like what someone said earlier, is probably causing too much of the test to be converted to estrogen and with my flushing issues with ai's, starting back at a lower dose might be the way to go. Or wait till my system clears out and switch to HCG which some people have said can increase your natural production of testosterone, but again some people have said it doesn't. Always conflicting information and a lot of scare tactics from people who, for some odd reason, don't want others to use trt.

I would rather feel like shit than mess up my system to where it is worse or can't be fixed. I know the test will still be in my system for a couple more weeks, so if I suddonly start feeling good I might continue with a dose low enough I don't need an AI. But like I said, at this point I'm going to just stop.

I HAD to go on TRT at 42yrs old because of pituitary microadenomas. But i think most go on thinking its magic, but when most of the time they have type 2 hypogonadism. Which means that how you are living, the stress, how you eat, etc, your not moving enough, which is effecting your T levels. All you have to do is move more, eat better, sleep better, etc and over time they will come up. My level was 50, yes 50. Not in the 400s like you. That is not a level that needs TRT. That is a level that needs a swift kick in the ass so you change how you are living and eating to indirectly allow your T levels to go up.

Yea they have this set up where I cant copy/paste it lol, they aren't dumb.
I would like to make a correction on the authors...Mike Cernovich and Jay Campbell....both have more knowledge on the subject than any Dr you will find. The third, a neurosurgeon also helped in writing this.

Anyone interested pm me and Ill have to email it to you (pretty sure itll work)

My T level was checked a few months after I changed my diet, started going to the gym, taking supplements, etc. I wasn't looking for magic, I was looking to feel better. I've had enough people tell me I was wrong to try test and the horrible side effects from Arimidex that I've stopped everything.

I know there are some helpful people and some who spread wrong information for whatever reason. That's why there is so much conflicting information and no point in even trying to research because every other post says something different. So I'm done with it. Hopefully the side effects of Arimidex wear off pretty soon and I can just go back to my normal feeling like shit instead of feeling like shit with hot flashes and extreme nervousness. I know it has about a 50 hour half life so I should feel some relief soon.
