If you would have educated yourself first you would have known what labs to get pulled. The results of those test would have given you a great starting protocol to start with.

Instead your just making it up as you go, like your a car and you can just try different parts. If you continue on this path I'm sure in a week or two I'll be reading about how you destroyed your estrogen levels and how much worse you feel now.

Now you want to get blood work done while you already started this mess and your blood results won't mean shit. You need to get to a "steady state". I'd stop everything and wait at least 6 weeks and then get the proper labs done and see where you are. Here's a suggestion too, you may have a thyroid problem which has a lot of the same symptoms of low T.

While your waiting six weeks go on different trt boards and learn everything you can. Buy a book too.

Btw: Anything over 200mg a week in test is not considered TRT. Few people on a real trt protocol require that much. The ones that do usually have a high SHBG and require a larger dose. Or you have people like me with a low SHBG and I can take 22mg of test C a day and have double the high range side of free T. That's also the nice thing about knowing your SHBG, helps you determine number of shots per week needed for best results.

If you mess with a AI and don't know what your doing you can destroy your estrogen so bad it never rebounds. I've read of people this has happen to, its hell for life. Also the difference between 5mg and .5mg of AI are huge. Let alone .5mg alone can lower you so much you feel like crap. So you better be sure of doses, frequency and where your getting your info from.

Cool, don't see many like myself. I have a low SHBG of 12-15 and, as a result, pin every day 17mg SubQ into belly fat. Makes for a total of 120mg of test cyp a week. Feel great!
