Trt=hormone replacement therapy for those deficient #low testosterone ....hence testosterone replacement therapy which one is typically proscribed aprox anywhere from 50 to 150 mg pw ...for life for the most part.....a cycle is anyone running test or any other aas for a period of time say 8 to 16 wks give or take then stopping and doing a post cycle therapy to restart their bodys own production of testosterone. Since when you take exogenous testosterone your body stops producing it on its own...

TRT stands for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. You are using exogenous testosterone to get your testosterone levels from naturally low back up to "normal" levels. In my cases my levels were down to 300 naturally, whereas my doc wants to see me at 800'ish with TRT.
A cycle or blast would involve using an amount of testosterone that is in excess of the amount required for natural levels (or really any Test if you're not on TRT), or also using other compounds.
You really need to do some reading. I probably shouldn't have even answered that question for you.

Most guys who run trt have low test levels to begin with so they add in extra test that they're body is naturally unable to produce. Trt would be a life time commitment where as a cycle or a blast is a short add in of extra test and or other compounds to raise test levels in the body which most people eventually come off of and then pct for a short period of time before going back on to a blast. A trt or cruise dose would be anywhere from 50mgs a week to 300 a week depending on their current test levels in the body. Where as a blast would be up to the individual how much test they would like to supplement for a time of anywhere from 8 weeks - 20 weeks to as long as one individually decides to come off a cycle. Hope this helps bro.

If your are using Test and your blood work stays within the "normal" range for the week then you can call it TRT. If your blood work shows significantly over the top then that is a cycle as far as I am concerned. But people like to call what they do TRT no matter what so they can feel better about their choice from what I have seen.
