TRT clinic - bogus T readings

About 2 months ago I did my bloods at privatemd and like every year my T read about 435. Its always been in the 400s easily.
I don't have low energy, nor low sex drive, or any other low T issues. I decided I wanted to get a full report on all my bloods that I didnt get w my female panel so I thought Im going to head to a local trt clinic.
I bullshitted them and told them I want blood drawn as I have all the symptoms of low T. Long story short my T came back at about 245 and free was 4.41. Now I understand T can jump around but I don't believe their report. I know their monthly rate for giving me a script is PRICEY as I'm almost wondering if that's why they diagnosed me w such low #s especially after what I expressed to them.
With those #s I'd literally be feeling like crap.

Anyone else get bloods at privatemd or other than go to trt clinic and T is way off?

Honestly your T can jump around due to sleep, what foods you eat, how much you exercise, what kind of exercise, how the equipment is calibrated in the lab. I was tested 200, 400, 248 all within 2 weeks. The 400 was at a newer lab so who knows. I've read you can jump up a great deal just from sleeping a full 8 or 9 hours.

Right now I'm trying to decide whether to use PCP for low test, do the clinic route or do it all myself. I was thinking of lying to my doctor and tell him im using a clinic and then do it myself but still get bloods from my PCP.

As I’m sure you know trt is way more complex than monitoring your test levels. I would suggest getting with a doctor who is well versed in trt. Very few classical trained physicians no shit about trt. Excel male is a good source for trt info.

Its 2200 bucks for 6 months at the clinic. Chances of finding PCP that understands TRT is 0 percent.

Yeah I believe they want like $250 a month. That's why I kind of feel it's a scam

You can find good knowledgeable docs out there for much less. Most clinics are a scam.

No doctors will provide AI or HCG because insurance will not pay for it.

Regardless of insurance covering it or not there are many doctor who will subscribe both. I pay out of pocket for my trt.
