So you are just blindly taking an air with out any idea of where E2 was or is and even started before any sides ? And your now suggesting to the op to do the same ? He's doesn't need to do anything his e2 perfectly fine I know me personally I see my best gains when blasting keeping my E2 higher than most people probably do.

i agree. an experienced member from another board said he keeps his e2 just slightly above average. i wasn't trying to do this but it's what i'll shoot for in the future.

Your body needs balance and E to grow. If your test levels are 3 X normal range then your gonna grow best with estrogen the same. Example if my test is between 3-4,000 ng/dL I kept my estrogen between 90-120 pg/ml. Most guys that talk about keeping your e in normal range are talking trt numbers. If your testosterone is 3x 4 times normal range and you drive your estrogen down to 40 pg/ml you will probably suffer from low estrogen side effects

This exactly!! My levels just came back test 4100 and my estrogen is at 140. No sides and growing like crazy!! Your levels are perfect imo. Like everyone else said you need a balance of estrogen/test to grow

Ya I’d say that’s a bit high but I don’t know what you sit at normally. I like to keep mine in the 20-40 range unless test is over 2k. But that’s just what I’ve found best for me, everyone is different
