lol, i'm using my fitness pal. it's a piece of cake! i can still eat whatever i want. regarding your comment about dieting by feeling, i need to follow a plan using an app like MFP, or i won't loose weight. i suck at guessing how much of what to eat. i could definitely stand to eat healthier fats. good thing i take ubiquinol every day or i might be worse off.
some times i find myself needing fat and my go to lately has always been stuff like heavy cream, crema, cheese, etc. bacon even. should probably make sure i'm supplementing my shakes with olive oil and think about doing more meals with olive oil and avocado. i could definitely eat more salmon. i love raw salmon. shrimp are bomb too! the wife won't be cooking for the next 3 months, so i guess kitchen duties are my responsibility now. i also have some now red yeast rice that i should take more often. right now it's not part of the daily program.
so in short i'll try to do more of this
salmon, avocado, olive oil, shrimp, flax oil
make ceviche more often. [that's an easy CAN DO]
red yeast rice daily
peanut butter on the list of healthy shit?
trying to think of all the crap i eat with unhealthy fats. trying to think what i can put in my tuna that's healthy. probably avocado, but that's not easy to keep fresh. i'd have to buy avocado like every fricken day. i can try to make something sustainable. doesn't fish oil taste fishy? i really like fish sauce and fish oil is fishy like fish sauce, but i can't eat lots of fish oil. digestive system doesn't like it.
well i could keep the diet almost the same and change up the macros. instead of 30% protein 30% fat and 40% carbs i could lower the carbs by 5% and bump the fat by 5%. that way i can add in more healthy fats while still eating the fats i like, however. eating more fats means i get less mass in my days eats. that might suck. i should probably just start trying to avoid bad fats. by prioritizing good fats i can cut more of the bad out.
it's amazing how much more diverse a diet becomes when dieting. totally opposite of how i used to see things. in some ways it's a limitation, but too much of anything is bad. it's also funny how much more water you want when the diet is limited. i imagine overeating to be sort of a different set of challenges, but then again one shouldn't be over eating too much. do Pro Body builders really eat like 6K calories a day? that's insane.
oh and that new brew. super smooth injection. like ridiculously smooth. i'm going to have bloods done in a month. what should i get this time around? same tests: test, e2, and Cholesterol. Should i add PSA to check my prostate? i take Cialis daily to avoid prostate issues.
