Ya I’d say that’s a bit high but I don’t know what you sit at normally. I like to keep mine in the 20-40 range unless test is over 2k. But that’s just what I’ve found best for me, everyone is different

No I just want to make sure sitting at 60pg/nl isnt going to be unhealthy in the long run.
