E2 came in a little high. what should i do? other test results posted too.
So my E2 came in a little high. should i lower it? i have 25mg tabs of Exemestane. I could crack them in half and take 1/2 (12.5mg) EOD, or ED. OR is it not really a big deal? what should be perfect and how do i get there?
Estradiol: 45.7 High reference interval: 7.6 - 42.6
here is everything. My cholesterol looks good i think. how about you? My Testosterone is in there as well. the dosage was .2ml Test C. E3D. that about right potency wise?

maybe i could just lower my test dosage to .15ml? i guess it doesn't matter anyways since i'm starting a new batch of test C.

Taking .5mg EOD of Adex won't hurt you. If anything it'll help or dont do anything like stated. Im all about safety.

.5 mg eod would probably crash his estrogen leaving him feeling miserable. Op your estrogen is only 2 points out of range. Either leave it or lower your test dose hair

I could be wrong, but your free test of 31, while your total is 1200, that disparity is far too large. Anyone else have a thought on this?

What is your estrogen level without the ai? His is only 45.7 pg/ml 42 is within range

Honestly I just got on TRT and nvr "stayed away" from an AI. I was advised to take it with my TRT every other day. Not by a dr but by my coach. Im just listening to his advice.

So you are just blindly taking an air with out any idea of where E2 was or is and even started before any sides ? And your now suggesting to the op to do the same ? He's doesn't need to do anything his e2 perfectly fine I know me personally I see my best gains when blasting keeping my E2 higher than most people probably do.
