Bloods. What to do?
OK I am on TRT at Defy Medical. I started in February at 150 mg a week test. At my 3 months bloods test was at 725. From May until end of August I blasted on just test around 250 a week. I had bloods done about 6 weeks into the blast and came in at 1375.
I stopped blasting before Labor day (first Monday of Sept.) and went back to 150 mg a week. This past Friday I gave blood for 6 month checkup. I thought 3 months would be plenty to come back down around 750-800?
My test came back >1500 Free test 25.8.
What do I say at my consultation?
Better than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow!

It depends on what you want.
I try to explain myself.
why did you raise the dosage?
do you want to stay at 150? or do you want to go up?
were you better at 725 or better at almost double 1300?
do you think that with such high values, does he take away testosterone?

I just want to blast and cruise and keep the prescription the same to have a legal supply of test in case I need to travel. I messed up. Should have tested a few weeks ago to see where it was and adjust. I can't believe it didn't come down more than that.

Difficult situation brother as I don’t deal with the clinic. I know I would tell my clinic that I still felt lethargic, anxious and tired sometimes. The prescription only really worked 3 days after shot when your hormonal trend was in the upswing from natural. But since you did that, you feel much better!
Then perhaps they can increase dose and you can squirrel that away for a rainy day.
This is by no means medical advice, but I know what I would tell my DR. Every “clinic” is different.

I don’t think you will have any issue at defy. My doc is the guy who started defy but he’s in LA now. My test is always over 1500 at 200mg a week. He calls me a cheap date, I asked him should I lower my dose, he said why would you do that??? That’s why i love my doc. Do they have you on a split dose? You could always say you forgot to inject and did it the next day if it becomes and issue.

On a positive note, all my values are better than 6 months ago. Everything "normal" and everything improved. Cholesterol down to 180, bad down and good up.
