Starting TRT today! Looking for input

Brothers, I just had my first TRT shot and I want to hear what you guys think about this protocol. Btw this is thru my endocrinologist.

This is what I'm working with:

I'm 31 195 15%bf

Test numbers range from 200-400

Total has been in the low normal range

1cc of test 200 every 2 weeks

2 weeks seems like a very long time to wait. But I didnt argue.

Since these primary care docs dont do AI or HCG, should I add my own AI if my estro climbs up? I want to have kids in the future should I add HCG? I have both if these on hand. I know these decisions should be made on my own. But maybe someone who is dealing with the same or similar situation can chime in and give me some advice. Thanks in advance guys!

I’ve done TRT for years. As long as you have your own bottles at home(which you should), do 1/2 cc (100mg) every 7days. That way you stay on track with your prescription and dr orders. Your physician will do bloodwork and if your numbers are still low or your not feeling the good effects associated with testosterone, you can ask to get it increases to 200mg per week. Make sure it’s Cypionate because the most they prescribe is 400mg every 2 weeks. The Enanthate max is 200mg every 2 weeks. It’s doesn’t make sense but that is the prescribing directions MD’s are to follow.

This is the industry standard and it is a lousy protocol. Do some research and present it to your doctor. Or at least split the dose 200 mg into 100 every week. 200mg every two weeks is a hormonal roller coaster.

Fuck the doctors. I was prescribed the same shit. 200/2 weeks isn’t ideal. 1 week I will be normal the next you will be less than what u are normally..

I take 200/w, maybe 12.5mg aromasin/w
50mg/ provirion/w, and hcg 500/week

That will keep u perfect.

If u want kids, just do 1000 hcg a day, with some clomid, and hmg. Boom
