Low dose test you will be fine. Or TRT would not be prescribed so much. But I've read articles about decca basically prepping your body for heart disease.

I literally have perfect lipids. I'm kn 200mg TRT doctor prescribed. I just started a test NPP cycle for 16 weeks. We'll see how I bounce back. I'm interested to see. It took me years to get my lipids all back in range. Bad hearts and blood in my family. So far I've been doing good by eating healthy doing cardio and taking heart supps.

Heart health isn’t always directly related to lipids, I fact most the time it’s not. You have heart issues in your family though?

Yeah all with high triglycerides and high cholesterol. Both of those have been present in all their heart issues. Them being my dad and his brothers.

Yes one of my dads brothers died from a heart attack. One died in a construction accident unrelated to heart issues but my dad just had emergency triple bypass. His brother Bob has had the same.
