Yes one of my dads brothers died from a heart attack. One died in a construction accident unrelated to heart issues but my dad just had emergency triple bypass. His brother Bob has had the same.

I'm 31. Healthiest I've ever been in my life. I dont drink I eat a healthy strict diet. Jist want to gain some lean mass. I've had low testosterone for God knows how long. So I got on TRT thru a doctor. I'm going to run one cycle a year and see where I go. I get bloods done very often. Whether it's for my doctor or done personally.
