Ramping down Test for MD labs

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with ramping down to normal T range for MD labs? I am on 100mg TRT a wk. I add another 100mg on my own. I need to ramp down so when I do the lab, my T levels are normal and not super high. This wk started backing down and pinned only 100mg 1x. How many wks do you think I should pin 100mg so get back to a normal range for labs?

Everyone is different but maybe 4 to 6 weeks it depends how high you went.

I would take your own bloods 4 weeks after and see where you are at. That's your best bet.

What ester is it? I know test c and e takes 4 weeks to get into your system fully. That's why I say 4 to 6 weeks.

Test C. I am not trying to get it all out. Just hit about a 400-500 reading for my Test 4-5days in.

I'm just saying what I would do. I would give it 4 weeks and get re tested. Your hormone levels need to regulate. I'm sure someone has a better more scientific answer than mine. But let's say you're at 2500 peaking. And you need to get back down to 800. That won't happen over night.

You should be fine after 2 weeks. 3 to play it extra safe.

Update: Did independent lab (Ulta lab tests) this past Friday 5 days after 100mg pin. ResultS: 907

      Remember, my Rx is 100mg a wk. I have been pinning 200mg (100mg 2x).

It’s been 3wks of pinning 100mg and my Test is still at 907. Crazy. I need to do MD lab in 2wks.

      Questions...
      1. Should I keep pinning 100mg and just roll the dice?
      2. Should I pin 50mg for the next 2wks
      3. Should I skip pinning this next wk and go in next Friday for lab? How much could test drop by skipping a wk?

      Thanks!
