      Too much?

      I have been cruising at 250mg/wk of test-E and I was thinking of adding 200mg/wk of decca for my bad shoulder and hip joints and 200mg/wk of mast-E for its anti estrogen properties and to help keep my body fat down.

      Do you think this will be safe long term at those doses or should I wait for a blast?

      How long can I safely run the extra decca and mast at those doses?

      Will the decca and mast have the benefits I'm looking for at those doses or will I just be wasting my money and hurting my body too much?

      If your worried about it, try the deca at around 120-150 a week. If it works there no reason to take more. I noticed a lot of difference in my joints at 120 mg a week on my cruise/TRT. May not do anything for you. 150-200 still isn't really that much though.

      No experience with mast but that should be a pretty much side effect free deal.
      Better than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow!

      Deca has been shown to damage blood vessels in the lab so you may want to consider that when running long term or at higher dosages.

      I think I'm going to add the decca and hold off on the mast for a little bit and see how the decca feels first

      I have seen guys benefit on lower doses...joints etc but not a huge anabolic effect. Higher doses will Inc prolactin which can, but not always, have a negative defect on thyroid and erextion. Been through it. Higher doses might need cabergoline.

      Just run it measure your blood pressure often and get your cholesterol checked multiple times a year. If it turns crappy and its not your diet you can cut the deca back. Also 250mg/week is well above long term trt dosages. The most prescribed is typically 200mg every 10 days.
