AI stands for Aromatase Inhibitor. It’s meant to prevent Testosterone in your body from converting to Estrogen.

Davo- please read up on TRT or go see a urologist. I say this with respect because it is a complex ordeal. TRT is not for everyone and should be done under the guise of a physician, for you.

I’m 45. Take 250mg of test e per week(splitting dosage 2 x week). Was not taking an AI, but last bloods showed my estrogen was in the 50’s so I’m back to .5 Adex after each pin.

TRT (aka cruising) should only be done under 2 conditions: you can squat 2x your body weight or you have low natural testosterone levels. With the exception being your just gonna do what your gonna do anyway.
As for me, my natural levels tested at 210. My VA Dr denied trt and it's cheaper for me to just buy from a sponsor and get a wealth of knowledge from others.
As for my injection, ai, and levels: I am currently taking 300 mg/week of test e. 180mg Tuesday and 120 mg Saturday. This is to balance the half-life with the 3/4 day split.
I am taking 12.5 aromasin (half of a 25mg) during/ day of injections with my multivitamins.
I don't know my levels yet. I take my 5 week labs in 2 days and will adjust my test and ai based on my test and estrogen levels. Once that is tuned in I have primo e to blast with.

Interested to know what your levels come back as, I just finshed a blast a week and a bit ago and got bloods done and were all out of whack

Just got my labs back and my Testosterone levels are 1519 and estrogen levels are 36. So I will be lowering my dose in 50 mg/wk intervals and retesting every 5 weeks until I am between 850 and 1000.
I also will be keeping my AI at same dose. Since my testosterone levels will be lowered the amount aromatized into estrogen will be lower. Once my Testosterone levels are were I want then I will dial my AI in.

Yes it is
