Thread: TRT dose and AI

Just curious what everyones:
1. TRT dose is and what your taking (cyp, sus, etc)
2. Days you administer
3. AI: which one you take? Dose? When do you take, day of pinning or after?

I take 100mg cyp on Monday am, 100m cyp on Thursday am. I also take .5mg adex the morning after I pin.

I take a blend.
It's made up of test E, primo E and mast E.

I pin .225ml EOD, which gives me 50mg test E, 12.5mg mast E and 12.5mg primo E per pin.

I take hcg 250iu Monday and Thursday.

I take .125 (8th of a pill) of Arimidex EOD on days I pin.

I'm waiting on recent labs pulled Thursday to see how this protocol treats me.

0.125 mg Adex every other day is alot, aren´t you crashing E2???

I take test e every Monday and Thurs. Each day I take 0.5cc and I take 0.5mg of Adex every other day. My last 2 bloods have come back great.

An AI once in a while if I feel I need it (oily skin, etc) usually not an issue (ideally u want to dial this in where u dont need an AI, but for some, its a must)

Everyday! Damn! Does that get old or do you feel you create more hormonal balance that way?

AI stands for Aromatase Inhibitor. It’s meant to prevent Testosterone in your body from converting to Estrogen.
