      Look up the half like of Test Cyp. 100mg every week to get you to 360, your test from the start must have been in the double digits. I'm a big believer in self advocating when it comes to doctors and wont leave a doctors office until I get what I want or a compromise that will benefit me. Push for that 200mg of cyp per week. Bring in paperwork on half lives and what the normal Total AND FREE testosterone should be for at your age. Also the adex, same thing .5mg to 1mg per day due to half lives. Your hormones are on a roller coaster ride. Stable blood plasma levels yields the best results for what you are looking for.
      You could always go the other route, there are PLENTY of good sponsors on here, grab a few bottles of TC yourself and do the dose you feel is working for you. But that's just my .02 going that route.

      I tried the TRT starting with the gel, then the cream, then the office visit shots, to take home.......finally I gave up and was honest with the doctor after printing out every pubmed article I could find that was related to TRT and said it'd be easier for me to obtain TC illegally and NOT have my insurance pay these doctors visits etc. And was bumped up to 400mg of Sandoz Test Cyp @ 400mg per week. I break it up and do 200/200 every 4th day. Seemed as if when it came to the $ these doctors get paid via the insurance companies being put in jepordy, there attitude towards giving things out changes drastically.

      I have tried everything and the urologist told me she deals with all of urology and this was a very small part of it and to go to a men's clinic. I don't want to drive 2 hours to go to a men's clinic that doesn't take insurance and will only sell you prescriptions. So my research brought me here. I have an appointment with my family doctor where I will ask for a referral to another and hope for help.

      Go the UG route brother, you wont regret it. Monitor your bloodwork through your PCP and you can always post results here and get some REAL EXPERT advice from more than just one doctor.....youll have a whole board of good ppl with extensive knowledge who WONT steer you in the wrong direction.......

      ontop of it all, you'll save yourself a whole lot of $ in the long run. Go domestic, and you wont have any issues.

      When you go this route, do you tell your Primary what you are doing?

      Theres several hormone markers that need to be checked :

      Thyroid = TSH, T3 and T4
      Total and Free Testosterone
      Prolactin
      E2Estradiol
      DHT
      FSH and LH

      Using exogenous Testosterone or ANY steroid typically lowers natty production of FSH and LH which in turn decrease ALL of your Testicular Functions . As we age above 35 years old , most of our youthful secretions of hormones begin declining , so THE SECRET is to use exogenous hormones and meds that INCREASE certain hormone levels to a more youthful range , but to not exceed moderate Puberty levels .

      Most males will feel incredible with a range of 900ngdl of Total Testosterone , but E2 and DHT have to be in each male's SWEET SPOT , and thats where blood tests help as you will find how high you can safely push levels before you need to rely on a boat load of meds to keep things in check .

      As far as metabolic enhancement goes , 99% of aging males NEED Thyroid meds to be used infrequently . Once you have slightly higher elevations of Testosterone and DHT , adjusting your thyroid requires little effort , and with micro doses for short periods , youll burn fat and increase stamina , plus LIBIDO and erection quality increase
