60 yr old TRT dosage
Just thought I would throw this out there and see if any one has any thoughts. I know there are all always variables but what would be the average dosage per week for a 60 year old 190 pound man for T cyp and dex. Still trying to figure out the right dosage before I start and the right amount of cycle time or could I stay on it all year long and never come off? As you can see I am a beginner and just trying to get the right knowledge before I start.
Any Thoughts Thanks

Getting bloodwork is your first step, period. Usually at this age, TRT is long term and averages 100mg per week. Definitely talk with a urologist or practitioner who does testosterone replacement therapy. Your health is paramount and comes first.

Brother, Max hit it on the head.. go to your Dr and tell them you are feeling like shot.. tell them you wanna get your testosterone level check. The threshold for TRT no matter how old you are is 270ng’s. That’s nanograms. But if you get the right Dr they will treat you in your symptoms not your number. I would say go to your urologist. Not a endo. And I doubt highly if your GO will prescribe. And here is the thing. At 60 yes old your not cycling , you are on TRT for life. So for you to just get on test yourself and think that you are gonna do a cycle and stop it will prob screw you up more that’s you think. I have been on trt since I was 35. Not for low T , but I manipulated my body and stop a big test cycle and never did oct or anything. I waited 7 weeks after I stoped And went and got my bloods done. My test level was 170 something g. But now I’ve been on for so long I will be on for the rest of my life.

1. Consult with MD 2. Labs 3. Labs will dictate dose 4. Retest after 3months which will help you and MD see if you should stay out, increase or decrease NOTE: if you “cycle” at 60yrs your going to stay on forever. Your body won’t boucne back.
