Thread: Injection?

Can anyone please tell me if it matters where you inject yourself? Thighs, Delts, Glutes? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated?

Everyone is going to have a different opinion about the best places to inject. You really need to experiment and find out which areas work for you.

When I first started I used glutes. Now I also use quads and delts because I like short esters I have to inject daily or every other day.

For glutes i use 25g 1-inch needles. Quads and delts I use 27g 0.5-inch needles. I limit glute injections to 2CCs of oil and quads and delts to 1cc.

Could you please tell me what a ester is? Quads basically in the middle? Newbie here.

I inject into rotating sites on my abdomen.. subcutaneous rather than intramuscular. My TRT doc has all his patients do this. He says there is data supporting better absorption and steadier levels via subcutaneous injection when compared to intramuscular.

Hey bro, how much you inject(subcutaneous)? 1cc(100ui)?

I do 0.5cc twice a week for 200mg/week right now. If I get titrated up to 1cc twice a week, would to do the same technique just inject in a "crows feet manner" so its not a big lump under the skin
