      Keeping gains from a blast

      I'm pretty sure the answer is yes because I'm going from a blast back to my normal dosage. I've managed to make some nice clean gains with my last blast so since I'm going to a maintenance dose and the test never leaves my system I shouldn't lose anything correct? I usually bulk and cut and it's a given to lose some but this time I stayed with a super strict diet. FYI after I get bloods done in 3 weeks I'm going back to cruising at 500mg for another 10 weeks

      You're gonna cruise at 500mgs a week? Id imagine keeping gains at a massive "cruise" dose should be possible.

      What’s your blast at mg wise if your cruise is 500mg??? I would say if you cruise at 500mg you will keep a lot of it BUT, you might want to cruise at 150-200mg. Then when you blast, you BLAST! More isn’t always better long term.

      I would say yes cause your constanly blasting...lol only pros like kai green cruise at 500migs..
      Lol cruise is like 200 tops on average...however case by case im not judging...just hope you do regular blood donations..lol

      You should be able to keep em at any level above 1000.

      200mg is fine. 500mg cruise is asking for trouble

      Lol sorry, I just read how it sounded. No my cruise is 200mg per my dr. My blast is between 500 & 750. Sorry for the confusion

      I am surprised your doc is prescribing you 200mg for a TRT dose, he’s generous.

      Keeping what you have gained I would say is all dependent on YOU. It depends on your continued dedication to training and dieting. Put in balls to the wall effort every time you step foot in the gym and keep up on your eating habits, whatever those are, and I’m sure you will keep almost all of your gains.

      Well its not generous, I have severe anabolic induced hypogonadism from heavy abuse in my past to top off that my body metabolises testosterone at an ridiculous pace and weak androgen receptors

      200mg a week is business as usual for the clinics, might have to work a bit to find the right doctor otherwise. I know some guys on more than that. Stan Efferding recently said he’s on 300mg/wk Test Prop and he’s supposedly maintaining his current size on that and keeps his lab work in range.
