Proviron will always help But for a 50y/o on 300mg Test and no AI, we know an AI would do him better.

Really bro, the worst side-effects of DHT are hair loss and enlarged prostate, but I heard that Proviron doesn't have many strong sides, perhaps a slight hair loss.

Yeah it depends how much you take. I don’t feel anything at less than 50. I’ve played around with 75 and 100 for short periods of time to see if it made a difference. It does but I don’t think it’s a good idea long term. Higher doses is where I really noticed the accelerated hair loss.
The prostate thing is debatable. Some say it can have a negative impact and cause enlargement. Proviron has also been used to treat BHP. So I guess it’s an individual thing. Without doing bloods first for BPH and then sometime later after you’ve been taking it awhile you can’t know what impact it’s having on you personally.
I agree with the rest of you though. He should start an AI for sure and probably drop his test dose. I want to know what his T, Free T, and E levels are.
