Reco for TRT doc in NYC or long island area?
Having a difficult time finding info on reputable docs that will not just throw shots your way and will interpret blood work in depth and offer HCG, anti e's etc. if needed. Anyone know if anyone good?

Most of these docs dont know what the fuck they're doing. Over prescribing ai. Under perscribing test. Recommending subq instead of im. Your better off doing trt on your own. That way you can feel how you want to feel not how they think you should.

Yes, this is possibly the best route but Dr are Dr and I am not one, lol. Not sure what OPs end game is but think being from NY getting in with a good TRT doc is the only way to get bloods without traveling cross state lines?

I’m in the same boat now and best advise is trial and error? Get in with a Dic and feel them out, if your not happy move on to the next... No different than a family Dr. There are a lot of great NY bros on BoP and hopefully they will chime in and help you out my man!?

Whats wrong with subq? From what I've read, there is a lot of literature supporting it.

Its just not practitical. Higher chance of abscess due tomore frequent injections. You can only safely do half a cc at a time. And the only fda approved test e auto injector pen came out in January this year so its probably ridiculously expensive. So evryone sub q ing test is most likely using an oil based product. Maybe when theres more research and more products available it will be a better option but until then IM ! that sauce.

Not to get into any argument or debate but, there is plenty of research. It shows you can do weekly injections subcutaneous and achieve steady levels equal to if not superior to intramuscular. There is not an increase risk of abscess, and if you do get an abscess, its way less complicated because it very superficial and does not involve the muscle tissue. Also, there is no risk of hitting a nerve, or causing muscle scar tissue after repetitive muscular injections by going subq. Lastly, the auto injector pen is also oil based just like any other form of test... Not sure about about doing only half a cc at at a time as being safe, logically that doesn't make sense either. Injecting subq is less invasive, therefore less dangerous.
