TRT Program for 60 years old and above ADVICE NEEDED

What would be a good TRT program to grow ( not huge) , maintain and protect my muscle mass as well as control gonad shrinking??...........I have a list below, but need additional professional input to properly administer the TRT and the contents of my list. My concern is use over time of AAS as a TRT and having my balls shrink. The other concern is Estrogen control so as to avoid Gyno and sex drive being affected


With that said can you advise not only controlling my concerns but also on the amount of HCG one should dose in a TRT program to protect the balls from shrinking, and the TRT program itself.


TestE 500-750 per week
MastE 600-1000 per week
Proviron 75-100 per week
Var 25-50 per week
Adex 1/2 tab every 3 days
HGH 4iu/day
HGC ??/day….??/week ( re inflate my balls) need help here
T4 ( ??/day) I need help here

I would greatly appreciate help in this matter.

Please see a trt doc if an option. If not i would start at what most guys here including myself probably run for trt which for me personally is 200ng cyp a week split Mon/Thurs. 3 ius hgh a day am. And for me no ai but i still do bloods every few months.

Dont see the point in running hcg. Saw no benefit from it. And may cause your e2 to spike

I would definetly say leave the t4 alone... I just started after all these years and I cycled on and off of it.. 100mcg Ed for 3 weeks and I haven’t touched it bout a month.. will start it again in a few weeks and repeat what I did.. as far as hcg no benifit all it did was according to my trt dr was jack my test level up but as far as ball size very very little if any...
