Man, the most adex I ever take is .25mg eod. That is only when I am running more than 500mg of test per week. Anything less than 500mg I'll take .25mg every 3 or 4 days. I would say you are definitely low.

I usually never run an AI during blast but as i am going to be getting into bigger dosages later this year i will consider using low dose aromasin but thats it

I wouldn’t run the adex at all. At that test dose, plus with mast, your e2 should be fine.

Was doing 250 a week with 0.5 adex 3x a week due to high pre-trt estrogen. Just got labs done after 8 wks and my e2 was 11...

See you should have only started the test part of your trt. Then get blood work a month later to see were both levels are at. The test/e2 ratio will always be terrible pre trt. Once you add the test in it will balance out. Its also about how you feel. Just because your e2 is high normal doesnt mean your gona get man boobs and start sucking dick. Listen to your body. Im gona make a fuckin thread about how to naturally lower your estrogen soon cause this shits killin me.

I am on trt and have been for 6m. Test was coming back great at 945 but doc wouldn’t test e2 or give me an AI. So I bought a lab and e2 was.....180!!! So I added .5 adex at each pin. Not sure why I added another .5 but I did. Backing down for a wk, learned my lesson.
