I’m 46 and have been on TRT (although I’m cycling now) since 38. My TRT bi-weekly dosage is 250mg TC with my urologist or long-term testopel (which is great and basically free if you have insurance). You are correct, at your age total test begins slowly dropping, and if you’ve indeed done a few cycles, your natural test may be lower than your biological age would account for. I have been doing a combo of blasting and cruising with various TRT schedules for years, and - to be honest - it can get very fatiguing. So please take that into account. It’s also life changing and awesome. But it’s got down sides definitely. Also, I respect your decisions about no blood work, but also take into account that blood work serves not just to look at test, but also your liver function, triglycerides, cholesterol - all sorts of things that TRT affects. Possible reconsider and at least get bloods done once or twice a year.
