Unless you have an issue, I would drop armidex down to 1x per week or better yet replace with aromasin. You will get no results without having some estrogen in your body.

Thanks, I am about to put an order in for Aromasin and Caber as well just to have on hand. I dont know why with all the research I did prior to starting TRT I felt the need to be on adex but over the last couple weeks Ive read nothing but pretty much negative things about it when used on low doses of Test.

Some guys love adex snd other like aromasin. Never tried aromasin BUT I find with me, using adex, that the smaller the dose I do better. I take .25 mg 2x a wk day after I pin. It’s taking me a while to figure this out by fee and bloods. But say before or day off, believe it or not my e2 drops too much. Day after works very well for me.

I never advise against trying new things. That being said I stick by comment #8 in this thread after trying it. There are too many components of why sub q test is not for me. One of the main ones is I use a lot of supplements and carriers/recipes are all different.

25mg of what? I use adex, he they are small. I used amazon and bought a pill splitter. I cut it into 4-.25mg pieces all the time. Be like me lol

I don’t disagree w your protocol. I personally don’t use AI unless bloodwork shows really high e2 or I am having issues. I grow better with slightly elevated e2

I meant Adex, I fixed the post.

On 160mg/week my estrogen was rising past normal levels (40 to 60) even while on .5 anastrozole 2x a week (all from the doc/pharma). I ended up having to go all the way up to 1.5mg/week to get it back down to 30. I then backed off down to 1mg/week, but it continued to drop all the way to 21 (possibly due to cutting 30 lbs making a lower dose more effective). But my point is, keep an eye on it cause it is individual and can vary.
