Pinning question
I’ve been pinning myself for many years however tonight when I went to give myself my TRT shot in the upper right quadrant of my right butt cheek as soon as I pulled the pin(23Gx1 3ml)out a stream of blood poured out all down my leg onto the floor and then immediately stopped after like 5 seconds like I had popped a giant cyst or pimple. I’m not worried about the blood or anything like that but I’m assuming that shot was completely wasted and came back out with that stream of blood? Should I take another shot(125mg) on my other butt cheek? Just for info I split my 250mg Test C into two shots per week(Thursday Night/Mon morning).

I guess Ill wait for input because I dont trust anything I google anymore after the recent(already highly suspected this) news. If anyone has had a similar experience and can tell me if indeed the Test came back out with the blood I'd appreciate it, if not Ill just pin again tomorrow morning.

This has happened to me before - i NEVER shot a replacement to it bc All I saw was blood --no oil came out - I assumed oils went in and i clipped a vein or something -- just my experience
Let time pass and do your second shot as normally planned

It seems like an excuse to me, just to take a second dose

The only reason I asked this is because the blood wasn't like normal blood when I touched it , it was more soupy. But Ill take your advice and just wait. If anything Ill probably just move my next day to Sunday night instead of Monday.

I mean no real harm in pinning 1/2 CC again - just increased test levels
But oil prob remained in there most of it
Some prob came out mixed w blood
It’s hard to really say
It’s your call - either wait or just jam 1/2 cc somewhere else and wait till next pin day for other dose

I’d agree that you probably clipped a vein and likely the injection is fine. Just continue as usual. I switched to a slin pin for last nights injection....70 units of test e 300 in the shoulder. Little soreness today but all good. Maybe give this a try in the future. Less likely to bleed after one of those

Man I dont know about going Sub-Q with my TRT shots.. ...Or is in the shoulder with a slin pin still considered IM?
