My endo only gave me 150 mg eow.....was a worthless program...and he actually started me at 50 mg 
wtf...i had to go through his circus for over 6 months of low dose and testing...my bloods never got over 380....but all they do is treat numbers...not people ..once i was over the 240 mark he said i was in range and refused to give any more....so started doing my own..

Everybody I know in try was started at 50mgs ew. Then the doc runs bloods again in 6 weeks and increases until he gets where he wants you. It's not a bad idea medically speaking.
