The results are in...
I’ve got low T. Came in at 235.DA6EFA45-8D4D-4B75-ADE4-AE4738FB18E4.jpg
doc says he wants to get me up at least 4x that.
Offered me pellets I told him I’d rather inject.
Gonna have to wait tho as I started 500 mg of test e/week just after I got the baseline labs. I’m thinking I’ll just come clean with him next time I see him and tell him. He’s a good guy I’m sure he’ll work with me. Unlike just about every other practice in my area he is not owned by a large health system so he can do things the way he wants.

Cool. Docs that aren't bought out...or sold out....however you want to think of it, are hard to find. Mine is completely independent as well. Hope all goes well starting out.

This explains a lot for me. I’ve slept like shit for years, lost my edge, generally have felt like crap but just accepted it as my new normal. I’ve had a lot of major life events in the last few years and just chalked it up to stress.
i am so ready to feel good again and get some quality sleep. I’ve only been on the test e for going on three weeks now but I already feel it.

I still don't understand why everybody keeps going to their regular MD doctor to try to get a prescription for testosterone. Just go to a hormone clinic doctor that you trust to get your TRT prescription ... and then when you go to your regular doctor for check ups, let them know what you take. End of discussion. I wouldn't beat around the bush and try to negotiate w your doctor. Then at the end of the day, the doc gives you some cream or pellet BS at best.
Most of them dont even have much knowledge of hormones/ hormone replacement therapy etc.

While he did offer me pellets he’s also willing to let me self administer injections at home. He wants to get me up 4x where I’m at now and is in a unique position to develop a comprehensive plan that fits my individual medical needs. No beating around the bush, we had/have very direct conversations. That’s why for me.

Frome - Just fyi, a buddy of mine plays this blast and cruise game while being on TRT with his hormone doctor. She runs tests every 6 weeks, and I'm guessing not only is she figuring out his hormones, but she's making sure he's not running steroids on top of it. A lot of people think that these doctors are in line with big ****** - not true at all, they're running these tests because they are covering their asses!! They know that guys are going to self inject OTHER steroids than prescribed. Most doctor's will cut you loose if you say that to them because if they're ever inspected by dea for patients who are roided out, they can easily say that these guys are getting extra prescribed by their doc and that's the end of their practice. I'd say put it in a hypothetical situation with your doc if you did that on top of this, what would happen. He's not going to like it one bit, while you do have a valid point with blood work on hand, you should go for the trt ride and then decide whether or not to come off and say hey doc, this is at the point where I'm going to blast aways for the next 12+ weeks and I'll see you then, or are you willing to help me with blood work? just my .02
