Look for and ask around for a doctor in your area that specializes in TRT. You don't want a commercial low T clinic or anti aging BS. Call and ask what they do and the main question you should get answered is if they prescribe hormones for at home administration. This will likely be off of your insurance but you should be able to find a doctor that has his own private practice that specializes in this. It's not really too expensive without insurance anyway. I pay about $40 per month for 200mg/wk of test cyp and .5mg of adex 2x per week.

I really recommend running your TRT through a doctor so it's on the books and if you have any complications they can help you and you're not throwing darts at the wall. My doc even lets me bring in my own bloodwork which saves me money as well.

I had bloodwork done once when I wasnt on AAS. Ive always had anger issues and at 39 years old, I got a hormone level check. My natural test level was 1168.
I believe that is why I am so comfortable on high dose test cycles and I cruise at doses many consider cycling doses.
It also explains why Ive never really needed ais. My body is naturally high on test. Just a freak I guess. Also explains the viscious sex addiction Ive always had. Many might think having test that high naturally is awesome but in many ways its not, anger issues, violence issues, promiscuity issues. Those issues can really fuck up your life.
Ive been running gear long enough and expirimented enough that I just go by feel and run compounds in ways that have been proven to work for me.
I also stay as far away from dr.s as possible. If you want to have a health issue, or make one worse, go see a "doctor".
The medical industry at the customer level, is inept, corrupt, and dangerous.
This is the second post on here by a vet that I’ve seen recently downplaying the need for bloodwork. Interesting.

I don’t think he was down playing the need for bloodwork bud, but explaining his reasoning for not get bloodwork done himself. He’s not the only member who knows their body and can self diagnose their symptoms based of what they using and make educated decisions like a dr would.

I’m by no way trying to be the third person down playing anything either just to be clear. Bloodwork should definitely be consider by everyone annually.

I use to get bloodwork done every year when I first started using aas, but I haven’t had bloods pulled in a while and got sick of going to the dr for my test and getting bloods so I made the decision based of experience and understanding what my body tells me when I’m using certain products to stop going to the dr unless I have to. I purchase my test elsewhere as it’s cheaper and easier and know my body enough to counter any problems I may run into up until this point

Buy AAS and pin your trt dose yourself.
Drs can be a waste of time as they know very little about AAS.

That's just for the test and adex. My doc charges 180 per visit but I'll be going every 6mo after my next check so it's not that bad.

You can get prescribed test - you just need to see the right doc.

Most endocrinologists and urologist aren't the right doc to see unless you have levels below that of the laboratory cut off of low-normal (~250 ng/dL at most labs). The reason for this is not because doctors are idiots ( out of all the fields of medicine, urology is one of the most competitive fields to get into and require quite a resume) but because that is the current teaching based off their respective literature and society guidelines. To prescribe outside the guidelines is considered failure to meet the standard of care which can cause legal issues if the situation arises.

Ex) You file a law suit for testosterone induced polycythemia ( increased red blood cells) resulting in a blood clot. You win the case because the doctor prescribed you testosterone when you did not meet criteria. ( I don't know if this would actually happen, just an example I made on the spot)

Furthermore, insurance companies are aware of guidelines ( although sometimes they follow old and outdated ones).. if you wanted the insurance to pay for the test, it might require the prescribing doc to "Argue" with the insurance company, explaining why you need the testosterone, because as far as the insurance company is concerned, you don't meet the criteria based off your serum test.

However, there are "other docs"... TRT clinic docs/ Anti-aging docs... their thought process is different, and they don't practice off the previous mentioned guidelines. Their thought process is serum testosterone levels should be based on age. So for example a 30 year old with reported fatigue shouldn't have a testosterone of 350ng/dL, which is within "normal" range, but likely, at least on average, low for a 30 year old.

I would find an "anti-aging" / "medical wellness" / TRT clinic where they talk about "male andropause". They might describe it on their website as something like "after 35 your natural test drops, causing symptoms such as... yadi yadi." They will monitor your blood work regularly and some deal with insurance.

Or you can just do your own TRT like mentioned, and order your own labs online to monitor your blood work.

      Hope that helps.
