I had the same issue.
Spilt the 200mg into 100mg a wk.
50mg Monday and 50mg Thursday every wk.
No AI.
After a month or two you should be feeling more balanced.

On top of this your libido will come back over time. IMO, use just Cyp or Enth like this to normalize the system and stabilize T levels. Once things are stable, then over time you can play with other esters, Proviron etc.
