Thread: Low estradiol/estrogen?

49 years young on TRT for 2 years now. Been working out hard for a good 3 years.

Pretty sudden reduced energy...feel a little weak...have lost general motivation everyday life (not suicidal or anything ... just feeling blah)...low grade headache...maybe some joint aches too....totally not like me! None of this.

I contacted doc and they suspected low estradiol....did blood draw 2 days ago so hopefully find out if that's it or not on Monday.

Anyone have experience with this?

What are you taking for estrogen? May have overdone it a lot. Crashed estrogen sucks massively. I did it once on letro trying to kill gyno. Never again!

Wait for bloods.

High e2 symptoms are the same as low.

My trt test cyp has Arimidex in it. I came off a blast 10 weeks ago roughly where I included some nolvadex with it but a rather small amount and I only used it for the first part of the blast and just stopped taking it mid cycle because I kept forgetting and wasn’t having any issues. I don’t see that this would be crashing it with such little amount sndn being this far away from the blast.

Cool thanks. I didn’t think about e2 being high since I went back to my normal dose about 10-12 weeks ago. I can see on blood draw website that labs are done and sent to my doc but I can’t view them until this Wednesday. I’ll big my doc tomorrow.

Verdict?

Bloods came back all good. E2 was right on. I think I was just maybe fighting off something or perhaps overtraining....That’s all I can figure. Thanks for asking for follow up.
