Probably high estrogen. Get bloodwork done and check your e2. If its high i would imagine your doc would give you an AI

Sore breast
IMO/IME:
Sometimes happens close to injection day. If it goes away after two days and there are no inflammation or bumps or tissue growth, I usually never worry. If they hurt, you need some AI. If they are just sensitive and have like
an itch type feeling, then it goes away, it probably is your e2 spiking but it probably lowers on its own. The first 2 years of TRT, I did a lot of bloodwork to see how different AI/Serms affected my levels. I never want low E2 or gyno so, I did a lotta shit.

I have document gyno thru my doc. Went and had scan and everything. It is not getting any bigger. If you are on legit trt thru your dr the dose is anywhere between 100mg and 200mg I would assume. My dose is up to 300mg but it has taken years of test minipulation to get there. Point being my doc now prescribed Adex for me to keep it at bay. So if you are legit thru a doc then ask about the adex . He may prescribe it to you... hope this helps..

like other said - likely high E2/ sensitivity to estradiol. Mastalgia ( breast pain) can just be that, or the start of gyno. Ask your doc for tamoxifen - it will knock that shit right out. Then control your estradiol with an AI.
