IMO more is not better when it comes to TRT.

So is that where the blast and cruise comes in? I am on legit trt for low t. I think i mentioned wrong the etrogen is 62 and total t ( did not test free t) was 1229. 200mg shot was done sunday and that next friday like 5 days later was when i had bloods. I did not fast and they were about 6pm as i went walk in at a lab and it was the only time it was I had not taken and Ai for this cruise trt by doc for at least a couple months.

Right now what i am thinking two 15 week cycles a year and each cycle followed by like 12 weeks trt. I just might be bumping it down to the 150 a week or maybe 100 every 5 days if that would be similar. This hormone crap really gets confusing i can only imagine what guys did in the 70s did trying to figure this out.

Since i logged onto my bloods for this
HEPATIC FUNCTION PANEL all those were normal.
my cbc ( i think that is blood counts)?

You need to donate blood ASAP. Hemoglobins high which means a few things. Nothing to be worried about but I would donate regular for sure. Also take 3 caps IP6 ED.

so donating blood will help all 3? Hell of it is I was not on cycle when this was taken my last one ended sometime in january i dont have my guide off hand and it was only 500 total of test what is IP6 ?

I have watched the videos before, not convinced the lifting dermatologist guys are worth listening to. You can easily find 10 videos that refute their claims. With all the info and opinions out there, it's even harder to make a decision. Sorry for the non answer, I do use an AI as prescribed by my MD. I trust his MD degree

Some good info in here Bear. Really trying to get myself educated on TRT and AI use. Obviously I know it is slightly subjective and we need bloodwork to really know.

Thanks. It’s all personalized but a ton has to do with your diet, weight and how much fat you hold. I know guys that run 100mg and need 12.5mg Aromasin 2x a week. If they don’t their e2 can get up in the 70s! But they could easily drop 10-20lbs.

Yeah, that makes sense. I’ve always kept my estrogen around 28-35 but going to try and get it a little higher to see how I feel. I read some guys feel great there and others want theirs in the low 50’s.
