Effective Topical TRT?
I've recently seen a couple different YouTube videos on TrT related topics that briefly mention a topical testosterone gel that's applied directly to the Testicles. According to the videos it is more effective than Injections and no AI is necessary. Does anyone know anything about it?

It’s a cream, not gel. The guy that doesn’t the TOT promotes it. I don’t know enough about it. I do or have seen TT levels and it is legit. But don’t know anymore than that.

I've looked into this. The rational for applying TRT cream to a shaved scrotum is a much higher absorption rate because the skin
in that area is so vascular, thin, with a low fat content. The company that promoted this is Lawley *************** out of
Australia. Their product is called Androforte. You can use a gel formulation as well but most of those have alcohol in
them which will cause a burning sensation. As far as the studies that were published, this method seems much better
at absorption than applying to other skin sites on the body so it is a great TRT therapy but you can never expect to reach
blood levels of direct injection.

Thanks for info! You can't reach traditional TrT levels? Or Supraphysiologic levels?

it can be affective, and numbers like anything can and are largely individualized. I have seen many blood reports show guys get up to a high norm on the cream alone, and others move a little on the scale, but not much. Best bet is to try it.
It does seem as though direct application can directly boost dht levels. So if dht is a piece you need to increase, it could be a route to head down.
I am actually going to have a conversation with my doctor here soon about doing a mix of cream and injections.
Hope this helps.
