hell been gone a bit, couple issues and doc took me off trt

Hello all, had been gone a bit as I was away from the gym

Well I had not really been able to work out since covid and gyms being closed. They did open back up but had to wait a bit until cases started to come down as my wife has had pneumonia like 4 times so is at risk and honestly kind of really anxious about it like it was hard to get her into stores in general and tehn sometimes it would almost be a damn panic attack. I wanted to go back, but at first i was worried. Then it got to a damn point of just not wanting to fight with her. I do pan on asking some marriage advice if there is a section for that, but i can say with being home with each other all this time for the first time I really seriously thought that I love her but there is no guarantee my marriage will last. I hope it does but there are some issues, but that is another thread.

was like 10 weeks into my second test only cycle of 16 weeks in march when things started to look bad so I stopped the cycle and went back on my trt dose of 200mg 7 days. So I had an trt appointment 7/31 and took my shot on 7/26. They were like "You had not been seen and the sky is falling" i had an appointement they set up for September. So i had to do it early. Had it been when scheduled i would have dont blood work on a friday after the shot as i had done before. Well I had a phone consult because of covid. I forget the date but I think it was march. I talked to the nurse and went over my bloodwork. She said the test was "just a tad high" i was not on a cycle but on trt and i told her that i took the shot a couple days before the blood work so they would not get hyper about my test level. 1200 something at that time. rbc, hemoglobin and HEMATOCRIT were all high but the nurse did not really say much. Just donate blood which there were not people taking at that time for some reason.

So this appointment I just had in july quest did not have the labs done yet. They said 24 hours but they did not get them so not much was done and they said they still wanted to see me. Well that was a friday. Some dizzy b*tch leaves a message on the machine "giggling" that my wife got. She in so many words made it out like those three high things could kill me in a week wtih a fatal stroke and wanted me to stop the shots. Of course we called about it as my levels are very low ( natural not from steroids) and i know you need it for some health things. My family doctor as well as some other medical professionals do not teal with test but all seem to think you dont just take someone off it all together that quck. After one week my energy is for shit and if roid rage is true i feel it very much now and it does not help my wife is one of those that has to have the last work. I never physcially have hit her but she has me and "well you should not have said that" And just does not get it. The family doctor ran my bp and for the second time it was higher and she put me on 5mg Lisinopril as she said unlike many there is no Ed and really not lots of side effects and she would rather treat it than not. She also said the three blood issues and high blood pressure could be from the 5lbs i gained and NO activity. I mean i just was not doing anything and i know that was a mistake, btu that did not. She figured back to the gym and i should be fine. i was planning to do a cycle right after teh appointment but am holding off until i see the hemotologist. Now more and more i read its seeems they are just going to take blood from me so that i can donate eventually at the blood bank or like place. iS that pretty accurate?

Anyway. My doc is great but his support staff are fucking morons I mean they have totally switched meds and dosages a couple times. Gave me a hard time about ordering 50 syringes at a time after i showed them that they are .25 cents instead of $1 each when they send in 10 or 12. I order now from someone recommended here and pay under $25 for 100 pins. Those morons also instead of 23 g ordered 18.5 and got pissed when i asked the "OH my God he might grow some extra muscle" female PA if she would like to inject one into herself at that size. So we did talk to a nurse and they explained the trt stops and dont take the ai until i see the hemotologist. Now they are morons in the office and i am worried the hemogologist will have things up and running quick and then they will want me to wait the typical 3 months for an appointment. Sorry unless its going to kill me i cant be off that long Here are bloods from march then jul

march my estradiol 62 and my total t ( did not check free) 1229 Now in march on 200mg every 10 days it was 878 ( too long between shots)

The whole series of second results is from recent. Now the lipids are high but I was told I did not need to fast then told i did, so the fat in my protein shake with peanut butter could have caused it i was told.

So anyone go through the same thing? I have no underlying health issues than high tryglerides and have had them for years like over a decade. What you may notice is the cbc h*H were both high back when i talked to the nurse by phone and it was no big deal but I think they got jumpy because of how high my test levels were. They often dont test my free but that does seem like pretty high right and my total i was total i reapons pretty damn good to it. Of course they do not see this as a good thing so i was wondering anyone go through the same things and how it worked particularly if you were doctor monitored as opposed to just running cycles. I was told this is not permanant and one friends that has used in the past told me that the cruise dose was probably just too high and cause this. He is like 150 a week will probably put you back in range along with activity and regular blood donations. I feel really weird training without gear and really am not ready to hear i cant so i hope its not that bad. I do know these docs might run blood work more often so my guees is tpp or test prop will be what i have to use on cycles in the futre. i was thinking maybe add npp and keep doses lower say 200-300 or each plus maybe an oral kickstarter. I dont think i will be running 600 test 600 eq and some tren or npp unless this really comes down. I am really depressed right now thinking of all this crap plus covid all that is going on in the damn country plus now my one form of enjoyment I mean i have issues with my wife and there are a few things in place that i would be thinking much more if i want to continue with her

      Thanks for listening guys

I responded to your pm. Phlebotomy + the OTC's I've recommended.

The things you're experiencing are very common in AAS users. If you're gonna use AAS then ancillaries are paramount to your health. Reality is BB'rs commonly end up having acceptable health risks. Meaning "acceptable" to each individual. You decide what you're willing to accept. Risk vs reward.

If you're not a BB'r then you need to consider that AAS use at anything over HRT/TRT might not be for you due to the health risks.

I would never run anything more than, and the Deca is a maybe, 200mg Test/200mg Deca a week, if I didn't look like I train.

I used to run Test 200/Mast 200 for my cruise but I've really felt great on Test E 200/Deca 200. Deca is endogenously produced in the body albeit small amounts this could be indicative of its benefits added to a trt. Haven't spent enough time on this but I will soon. For now I'm running it and logging anecdotal evidence.

Thanks riggs. I probably will hit you up when I think i am ready. if you can reccomend an all in one product that would be great. I have heard great things about 5% liver and organ shield.....I was off test for like 3 or 4 weeks and rbc hemocrt and hemoglobin were about the same. Last week i donated blood for the first time and have bloods this week so i will see it....Nowt he last bloodwork they did before i gave blood no clue why creatinne ( and i am not on creatine) was high normal and one liver enzyme was like 150 that is supposed to be 50 something. I dont drink and no clue what caused those numbers. So I know i will need togo back on trt, but blasts might be much lower.

Ok guys need to find out if something is BS or not. Wife finally got a call back from the doc as she was pissed as the message initially she got was on our VM said "He needs to come off testosterone as he is at an imminent risk of a fatal stroke. Well most i have talked to discussed the rbc, hemocrit, and hemoglobin, well after the blood donation hemoglobin is down. Now all three have been high apparently in similar ranges since my blood work from feb or march 2020. So When we talked I am like "ok what is the sky is falling issue" Apparently it was that my test in feb was like 1200 and it was 1690 or so this time and they were lik "Oh no. He might put an inch on his biceps" Now i am sure many here when they run cycles their test gets over 5000. So my question is this. Will that kind of high test level cause a stroke or is the test level combined with the rbc and h&h? OR is teh doc as usuall just afraid of the fact he is dealing with test?

Brother I would make an appointment to get back in and see your doctor. I had a similar situation. I had my annual physical like 4 days after my last TRT injection. My levels were significantly elevated compared to my previous levels and in the "high range." I think it was around 1600. My hemocrit level was somewhat elevated too. I insisted that she check my levels again a few weeks later. She agreed. I got a letter afterwards from my doctor saying hemocrit level was within normal limits and "testosterone levels low, resume injections." Keep in mind that most physicians look at the "snapshot" of your levels on a given day. The reality is that elevated testosterone per se is not generally dangerous, however persistent high levels can contribute to high cholesterol which in turn may cause health problems over time.

Good luck to you bud! Keep us posted.

So if you had high cholesterol and high blood pressure i hope your Dr would of prescribed you meds to reduce your levels.

Mine was not that high but she said with the lack of side effects better safe than sorry. As of yet we have not discussed the cholesterol. When i was like 370lbs i had high cholesterol but it went down. i was not fasted as i was not told to ) when i took this test.

Well guys I have an update that is good finally. First off I saw my trt doctor and he was PISSED. Apparently a nurse practictioner ( female ) made the call. He said the numbers did nto concern him as much as her. He would have had me go to a homotologist, tell me to donate blood and lower the dosage. He actually said the 1600 plus test really did not scare him that much but it was higher than he would like for trt ( he is aware I blast) so tomorrow I start back at 100mg test c per week and 2-3 weeks we will do bloods. He is a "friendly" doc so he might go up to 150 depending on where they come in. I was told i could keep a good amount of cycle gains while on trt at that dose and he has clients that have low t from steroids who now compete masters. That is off hte record with him of course.

So How does this sound. Since it seems i have no issues with rbc, hemocrti or hemoglobin gentic wise ( they ran tests) I have no more special risk. I was thking if my first blast ( again thinking so feel free to chime in) maybe do 500 test and 400-500mg eq for 12-16 weeks. Now I know the eq is lower but i am more testing it to get benefits i can in order to assess rbc and such as I think hemotologist will be runnig bloods onece every couple months as the blood iron is high. It has gone down and i switched my multi vite to a non iron one.

Any thoughts on an oral dbol starter at 30mg for 4 or 6 weeks or just do two coumpounds. I would normally not be as anxious but with covid between time away from the gym and then two months off the gear ( test was like 278 when they pulled it last week but free was ok he said 8. something) I dont wnat to kill myself but i also want to catch up.....as always advice appreciated. Now if the eq is just horrible idea I do have some deca i can run instead. I figure i would run it lower at 350-450 as again I am more looking to assess tolerance and bloods now. I still have arimidex and likely will use .5mg or 1mg 2x a week to start as that seems to do ok for me.
